PA Amended Suitability of Transaction Law

PA has amended the Suitability of Annuity Transaction law.  The bill will require all who have previously completed the 4-hour PA annuity state training to complete an updated 1-hour training course by 12/20/2022 or they will need to re-take the updated 4-hour training course.

Anyone who has not completed the 4 hour training course in the past, will take the updated training course moving forward.
