New York Life declares record $2.5B dividend to be paid in 2025

New York Life today declared the largest dividend to eligible participating policy owners in our 179-year history – $2.5 billion, up from $2.2 billion in 2024.

Increasing our Dividend Interest Rate (DIR) 20 basis points from last year to 6.20%.

Updated illustrations will be available in NYLIS for new business on 11/26 and for inforce policies on 12/9.
