Great American Life Insurance Company will soon be MassMutual Ascend
As you may have heard, Great American Life was acquired by MassMutual last year. As part of the acquisition, they are rebranding to MassMutual Ascend. What this means for you and your customers:
A new chapter for us, but one that should feel familiar to you We chose “Ascend” because it speaks to our mission to always move onward and upward in the pursuit of securing financial futures and elevating partnerships. And while the name is new, we will operate as a stand-alone subsidiary of MassMutual, which means you can count on the same exceptional service you and your customers have come to expect. This also means that nothing changes with your customers’ existing annuities – the features and benefits they know and love will stay the same.
Important things to know:
On October 3, our marketing materials and forms will be updated with our new logo.
Even though our name is changing, our products, people, and policies will all remain the same.
