New York Life Product Transition- Effective November 6, 2021

To comply with the new 7702 and 7702a rules, New York Life AD121 Whole Life (WL), Custom Whole Life (CWL) and Custom Survivorship Whole Life (CSWL) will be introduced on November 6, 2021, reflecting a new guaranteed cash value interest rate. In addition, the Children’s Insurance rider will be discontinued. To preserve the current versions of WL, CWL and CSWL, applications must be signed by November 5, 2021, with all requirements received by December 5, 2021, and be placed inforce by the end of the year. Transition rules here.
