John Hancock Enhancing LTC Rider Elimination Period

John Hancock is enhancing the LTC Rider elimination period beginning December 7, 2020. Instead of requiring 100 service days before LTC benefits are payable, clients can wait 90 calendar days from the day they are certified as chronically ill and count every day, whether or not they receive LTC services.
