How to Submit an Application to Underwriters Brokerage Service using E-Processes for Term and Permanent Life Insurance
Term:
Vive (Banner, Pacific Life, Principal, Protective, Prudential)- please make sure you are appointed prior to submitting a case.
- VIVE is the ideal electronic platform for submitting your term insurance business. You can access Vive on the Underwriters Brokerage Service website at www.ubsnet.com.
- Click “ALREADY A VIVE USER” to launch Vive or “NEW TO VIVE” for additional information.

Quick Submit App (American General, Banner, Lincoln, Principal, Protective, Prudential, United of Omaha)
- Quick submit is a 2 page form that does not require a client signature and is submitted to our office via email to QuickSubmitApp@ubsnet.com.
iGO Quick Submit (American General, Banner, Cincinnati Life, John Hancock, Lincoln, Minnesota Life, Principal, Protective, Prudential, SBLI, United of Omaha)
- Online ticket submission process.
- Access via the term quote engine or Forms (see below).
Permanent:
- iGO e-app is geared for permanent insurance, but term is also an option, using electronic submission of a full carrier application with electronic signatures. Like VIVE, iGO is available on the Underwriters Brokerage Service website at www.ubsnet.com.
- You can access iGO on our site under “Forms”, “New Business”, then “Download Forms”. Next you will see four tabs across the top. Click the far right option “iGO e-App”. This will take you into the iGO platform.
- Select iGO e-app and complete the form on line to prepare it for “in good order” submission.
- iGO will pre-select all of the appropriate forms based on your specs and won’t allow you to submit an incomplete application, which would otherwise result in significant delays.
- This is really just an electronic version of the paper application, but it avoids lots of unnecessary pages, provides you just what you need, and most important, may enable you to avoid wet signatures using their e-signature process.
- Add e-delivery to the ultimate process where available, and you have a complete e-process that expedites coverage for your client, while minimizing questions and delays.
