Important Update Regarding AIG Houston Offices (8/28/17)

From AIG:

 Dear Valued Distribution Partner,

By now, I’m sure you know about the unprecedented crisis unfolding in Houston and the Gulf region as residents continue to endure the effects of Hurricane Harvey and the catastrophic flooding in its aftermath. Our primary concern right now is the safety and well-being of our employees and their families.

The AIG Houston campuses are closed until further notice due to flood damage, but teams across the company have enacted their multi-location Business Continuity procedures in order to maintain service to our clients, advisors and agents.

While our goal is to keep operations as close to normal as possible, we ask for your patience with our Houston-based processes in the coming days. Some employees have been directly impacted by this storm, and we will therefore be operating with reduced resources over the next several days. As a result, you may experience longer-than-usual wait times when calling for support.

Again, thank you for your continued understanding and reassurance during this difficult time.

We will be in touch with further updates, as our situation changes.
